Family Promise is entering an exciting new phase as it implements its new, three-year strategic plan. It will be expanding and enhancing its services in response to the needs of the young parents and children it serves; fully adopting a trauma-informed culture that addresses clients’ mental health needs; increasing staff access to support and self-care resources; and demonstrating a commitment to equity and inclusion through intentional dialogue, trainings and policies.
