Donation Drop Off Details:

Due to safety guidelines and limited storage space, we cannot accept donations of any USED items

Our parents get very excited about wrapping their gifts for their children, so we ask that all gifts come to us UNWRAPPED.

INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY DONORS: reach out to Elaina at ejackson@familypromisecle.org or 216-367-7801 to schedule your donation drop off during business hours. DO NOT leave donations at the door or outside of a designated drop off time.

Because our families get to choose their own gifts and attend “Holiday Shop” prior to the holiday, we can only accept gifts and donations during the following window: Monday November 16th - Wednesday December 11th
